All column presses are manually operated and have safety shields, adjustable daylight openings and pressure gauges calibrated in both pounds and metric tons.

12 Ton Mini C Press

This compact 2 column press is useful for KBr pellets and can be used for film making with optional thermostat controlled heated platens. It is available with 6" x 6" platens and 4" diameter round platens. When used for KBr pellets, this press should be ordered with the Buffer Plate (0012-4616) for contacting the KBr pellet die set. Available with removable thermostat controlled (no temperature controller required) heated platens (0012-4612 & 0012-4613).

12 Ton CH12 & CHFM12 Presses

The Model CH12 is similar to the Mini “C” but with a large 15" daylight opening and digitally controlled platens heatable to 650°F. The CHFM12 has thermostatically controlled platens and a 4" daylight opening useful for film makers.

25 Ton Model C25 2 Column Press

The Model C25 is a 2 column press which is useful where a large daylight opening is required. It has 9" x 9" platens and a 16" daylight opening. The gauge is calibrated in pounds and metric tons.

25 ton Model CH25 2 Column Heated Press

The Model CH25 has digitally controlled 9" x 9" platens heatable to 650° F. Optional water cooled platens are available.

30 Ton Model CH30 4 Column Press

The Model CH30 has a 2 speed hand pump, digitally controlled platens heatable to 650° F and is available with optional high temperature (to 1100° F) 8" x 8" platens. Specify °F or °C display and voltage requirements (110v or 220v).
