ICL’s
all metal gas cells are available in stainless steel and
electroless nickel plated aluminum. The cells are designed
for mounting in a center focus FTIR. Optics are mounted
on removable sub-assemblies. Valves and fittings are stainless
steel with 1/4" Swagelok® or VCR connections and
flow tube. VCR connections are standard on the SS models
and Swagelok® connections are standard on the electroless
nickel plated aluminum models. All cells use 25 x 4mm KBr
transfer optics and feature gold coated mirrors with a non-absorbing
protective layer.
Pressure
ranges are vacuum to 45 psi and temperature ranges are ambient
to 200° C. A heater blanket and a temperature controller
are available for all cell models. Available pathlengths
are 3 meters (0.375 liters volume), 6.4 meters (0.750 liters
volume) and 10 meters (2 liters volume).
